Stav Prodromou attended high schools in Jesey City, New Brunswick and Highland Park, New Jersey. Following graduation from Rutgers, he joined General Electric and moved to Philadelphia, PA. When Stav and Amity were married, they first lived in Trenton, NJ and later moved to Oaklyn, NJ.
Their first "big move" was to Cincinnati, OH. Their first son, Evan, was born there. Next, they lived in Phoenix, AZ, where Andy was born. After a couple of years in Arizona, Ami and Stav moved to Erie, PA, which is where son Theodore was born. It was then on to Texas, first Dallas (where youngest son Nathan was born) and then Lubbock. Palos Verdes Estates, CA was their next stop and from there they moved north to the Bay Area, where they have lived for over twenty years.
